Despite the virtual start---student clubs are still planning many activities. The CyberPatriot Club has plans to continue all activities and their yearly national competition virtually.

Thank you to a very generous gift from the local Chantilly Lowe's--all Carpentry students have received a tool kit to take home for virtual learning.

It is was an exciting afternoon for over 50 returning and new Air Force JROTC cadets at Chantilly Academy as they met for their first in-person drill practice.

Five Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) alumni graduated from the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department’s (FCFRD) Basic Training last weekend. While FCPS students, the five grads participated in the High School Firefighter Program (HSFF), a unique partnership between FCPS and FCFRD, that is a Chantilly Academy class.

Chantilly HS and Chantilly Academy are very proud to announce that AFJROTC instructor, Tim Lambert was recently named Teacher of the Year by FCPS Region 5.

All summer long, Greenbriar West student, Ayan dreamed about playing Viola in his upcoming year as a fourth-grader---he didn't anticipate what would happen and the new friendship that would follow.

The Dining-Out is an exciting annual event for our Chantilly Academy AFJROTC cadets, instructors, their families, and special guests. It is held every fall to celebrate the start of the new school year and to bring together members of the unit in an atmosphere of camaraderie, good fellowship, and social rapport.

Chantilly Academy Cosmetology in partnership with non-profit, She Believes in Me host a cut-a-thon event to give back to the community.

Max Impact, the premier rock band of the United States Air Force recently accepted an invitation from Chantilly Academy Air Force JROTC students to perform at Chantilly HS. Stationed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., it is one of six musical ensembles that form The U.S. Air Force Band.
