Though not everyone would agree--snakes are pets too and Vet Science students learned all about the handling and care of a boa snake and even got some hands-on practice!

Vet Science students spend the year not just learning and handing different species, but work to understand veterinary medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, animal nutrition, and clinical exams for animals.
